This post will be useful for current UAMS residents only. The information technology police made me take down the tip sheets, so I guess you'll have to use the links to find them from on campus or intranet.
Residents: soon all death certificates will be done by ERAVE online documentation only. The nice thing about this is that it will end the annoyance of being summoned to the depths of the old hospital building to re-do your death certificate because someone else wrote on it in green ink or because you accidentally wrote one letter somewhere that it wasn't supposed to be. The down side is that you have to complete this quick training in order to get access. Please take 3 minutes and do the training in advance so you'll be ready during your next MICU rotation.

On the form where it says "license," you can just put N/A-resident.
Here also is a link to the online (on campus) training module for the erave: http://intranet.uams.edu/cctc/Online_Tutorials/UConnect_eLearning/PF/ERAVE-S-1.htm. Technically they want you to complete the online training before you send in the form, but definitely make sure you get that form filled out and sent in.
